Its a 88 BMW 735il 3.5 liter inline 6. It starts tapping loud and continues to when engine is started and at idle. When I step on the gas it gets loud I believe its the valves rockerarms but I don't see any wear or nothing what do u mechanics think please help me u can also email me at hempstead22@gmail.com

The normal 'wear' part in the rocker arm system is the hydraulic valve lifters. Make sure the engine oil is full.
