Is Birdman a good rapper...?

I saw this article that features Birdman taking possession of his new Bugatti Veyron, the fastest street car in the world with a price tag in excess of two million dollars. How good is this Birdman, because I've never even heard of him until I saw the article?

Birdman blows. All he raps about is money and girls and he is always rapping with people like Drake and Lil Wayne who both suck. Late 80s to about 2001 is where it's at. (Particularly 1991-1997)
