how do yu change the gas filter to a 2002 buick?

And where is it located? and how much would it be ?

Its under the back of the car, usually drivers side. Just forward of the gas tank.
Changing it should be easy, take the correct size wrench and turn the in line bolts on the front and back of it to unhook it from the line. (Gas will spill so be ready for it.) There may be a mounting bracket, if there is unbolt it after you unhook the lines.
The install is the reverse.
Fuel filters are generally less then $40
