Well, i was driving my dads bugatti veyron a couple of days ago whilst he was on holiday. I had lost control when cornering on a country lane in Warwickshire. The back end slid out and i ended up rolling the car as it fell in a ditch. The damage looked to be manly cosmetic but when the local mechanic got there it was apparently a "Goner". He said he could dispose of it for the low cost of £50. I let him and later posted a question on Yahoo Answers what to tell my dad. Sadly people thought i was trolling and were not helpful I told my dad and yes he was very very angry. However i have found out the reason he was so angry and i mean killer angry was the fact the insurance had just run out last week. What should i do, My dad says he will dis own me if i cant somehow get him his bugatti veyron back. The insurance was not covered and my dad says he will cross me off his will. A moment of irresponsible behavior has cost me my more than i could have imagined. By the way i was not hurt (badly) in the crash and thank you for your concern in the other question. What should i do now?
The Mechanic was not repair the car he said it needed to be scrapped so i paid him to get rid of it. Sorry for Confusion

You are telling me that you crashed your dads veyron, which costs 1.6 million, and you wonder why he is angry and why no one believes you? If this is genuine then you have more money than brains, although I have a strong suspicion that you are an idiot regardless. A mechanic would not charge 50 euros to repair a 1.6 million dollar car.

What kind of a mechanic just appears at the scene of an accident and just says "Oh, it's a goner."? Not a one. And 50 British Pounds for that car? Get real. The parts alone from that wreck are worth at least $1 million in total.

You aren't very bright. Insurance doesn't "run out". You make payments on it, and they don't mysteriously pull coverage from under you. And if your father owned a $2m car, he'd certainly be up to date on is payments.

What a load of BS. Nobody is that stupid. Plus there are some flaws in your story that you failed to address. 1. How could the "mechanic" legally take possession of the car without the owners consent? 2.. The insurance aspect of it deifies belief; people who have million pound cars, don't let the insurance lapse. 3. Why not call the police? The car was basically stolen, Veyrons aren't exactly inconspicuous or anything. The "mechanic" should be questioned about it at the very least.
