I took my car to smog it in october right after i purchased the car. It is a 2001 chrysler concorde with a 2.7. but anyways when i took it to smog it the car failed because too many monitors were not ready. Since october i got all but the catalyst monitor to set. I have not had any DTC or any problems.I have no idea why the cat monitor wont set but i have to smog it soon. will it pass smog in California with the catalyst monitor not set?

Yep, The drive cycle on this vehicle requires:
1. At least a half of tank of fuel
2. A cold start (overnight sit)
3.Drive cycle= 7 minutes at 45MPH and 7 minutes at 55MPH (these are steady speeds)
4. When you return the monitor should be "Ready"!

NOTE: Do not turn off the vehicle untill the drive cycle has been completed!
