All the hoses and belts are brand new and it was leaking at of no where what should I do

Could cost anything, depending on the model. You can change it yourself, it's easy to do, by either getting your radiator fixed, or buying a changeover, and doing the work yourself.
Otherwise, take it to a specialist, and pay an arm and a leg!

that depends on how big a hole in the radiator. if the radiator is old then it could break out someplace else after you get it fixed. i say get another radiator, change the thermostat and flush out the whole cooling system, including the heater core.
